Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • It must include original packaging and any tags (if applicable)

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt)

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how to return your item

  • Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label unless the return is due to our error

Please note:
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Personal care products once opened

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.
The quickest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Return your original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order separately

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
